Vocal Singing

Vocal Singing

Singing offers extensive emotional, psychological, and physiological benefits. It reduces stress and anxiety by lowering cortisol levels and releasing endorphins and oxytocin, which promote happiness, bonding, and trust.

Singing enhances confidence and self-esteem through the joy of learning and the energy boost from endorphins. It serves as a mindfulness practice, focusing the mind and reducing negative thoughts.

Dance Session

Dance Session

Every week, the group turns up the music and dances instead of just talking about it. No steps to memorize, no dress code, just movement and a good time.

It doubles as exercise nobody complains about. Better balance, more energy, and usually a room full of people laughing at their own moves by the end of the hour.

Hobby

Hobby

Some members bring cards and board games, others bring in whatever craft or collection they're currently into. The activity is really just an excuse to sit down together.

Got a hobby gathering dust at home? Bring it along. Odds are someone else in the group is into the same thing.
